Returns and Refunds
For reimbursement, Parfum Artimique accepts returns of unopened, damaged items, with no signs of use (e.g. sprayed perfume) in their original packaging and with the original invoice attached. If the returned goods are not in a resalable condition we will not accept the return. The refund will be made within a maximum of 30 days of receipt of the returned goods. Shipping costs will be excluded from the refund. Additional duties and/or taxes will also not be refunded. The refund will be made by bank transfer. Any differences in the refunded amount are due to exchange rate fluctuations and will not be refunded. No refunds will be accepted and returns of products affected by circumstances beyond our control such as damage or negligence once the products have been delivered, storage of products in adverse conditions or conditions which may damage the products (e.g. exposure to the sun or high temperatures) as well as damage inflicted by third parties.
METHOD
To schedule a return, promptly contact info@parfumsartimique.com within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods. In case of return of the product beyond the 14-day limit, the customer will not be refunded and will be sent back to the customer at his expense. Please specify your order number in the email. If your return is not sent safely and in adequate packaging and arrives damaged, Parfums Artimique reserves the right to refuse this return and, consequently, will not process your refund.
